Working alternately to keep moving

You can perfectly match the bicycle and the desk. Both the bicycle saddle (in 19 heights) and the desk (electric) are adjustable in height and therefore suitable for use by people who are between 152 and 203 cm tall. You can combine them, but you can also use them separately because they are not attached to each other. You can therefore also use the bicycle with your own desk or table and use the desk to alternate sitting and standing work by using a chair or balance trainer. This allows you to vary sufficiently and keep moving.
